Our groups experience with BVIYC was first rate from the beginning to the end. I have used two other large charter companies on Tortola and had good experiences but felt it was time for a change. The inquiry, reservation process and checking in for our "sleep aboard"-all by the front office staff was great. They greeted us with smiles, and helped us along the way with provisioning ideas, accommodations on Saint Thomas, where to eat out on Tortola and arrangements for transportation. The crew that prepared the boats, and then our checkout by Tony helped us feel at ease with taking out our boat for the first time. Kelly was always helpful with my inquires prior to and during our time in the BVI's. Kimmy was very helpful during our trip, and brought smiles to our whole crew. Abbie made the check in process stress less and this was greatly appreciated. Our group of 12 can't wait for next years trip with BVIYC ! Thanks again everyone for making it such a great experience.
