This was our 3rd trip to BVI and chartering with BVIYC. Four of us have been every time - the other 4 were new. We started with a 3 night stay at Anegada Beach Club before picking up the Salt Crush on a Monday. We quickly provisioned at One Mart and the French Deli and left for the Bight at Norman Island. Once out of the harbor we lifted the main for a quick sail and had a great start to our trip. We used a combination of reserved moorings, fcfs, and a slip at Leverick Bay. We had no problems finding our spot for each night. We also visited Bitter End, Saba Rock, Cane Garden Bay, Diamond Cay, and Great Harbour, and a taxi ride to White Bay. We rented a van on Virgin Gorda which was delivered to Leverick Bay and we visited The Baths, Spring Bay, Spanish Town, and Hog Heaven. We enjoyed the Michael Beans Show at Leverick and the upstairs restaurant. We cooked breakfasts on the boat and made some sandwiches but ate dinner out nightly. The Bight, Saba Rock, Leverick, CocoMaya, Quitos, Foxys Taboo, and The Tipsy Shark. One of our very favorite places is CocoLocos Bar in White Bay where we had a great visit with Louis and Uncle Wendell. The boat performed beautifully- we had a couple of small issues which were taken care of professionally and so quickly that we never missed a beat. The water was gorgeous, the people were fantastic, the food and drinks amazing and it was once again the trip of a lifetime! Please go -you will be so glad you did it!
