The staff was helpful and informative with regards to preparing for the trip. We arrived and the boat was clean, AC on and ready to go. Orientation to the boat was excellent. We did have a few issues with the boat on our first day out, however, they send someone to the location we were at and fixed the issue. Great company and will use them again!!
