The charter was excellent, and we had no problems with the well-maintained yacht - everything worked. BVI Yacht Charters has well-defined and well-documented processes to make the entire process, from booking through completion, smooth. The yacht was ready when we arrived, the boat briefing was organized and comprehensive with time for all questions, the dock staff was helpful and responsive, and the chart briefing was organized and efficient. The office staff was helpful and provided both an equipment bag and very good documentation on charter rules, tips, contact information, navigational pointers, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and suggested stops. BVI Yacht Charters spends a lot of time defining and documenting their processes - this made the entire charter run very smoothly from start to finish. We had a great trip.
