Havers Breeze

This 3 level  hillside house, about 300 feet up the hill, has upstairs an air conditioned queen size Bedroom with en suite bathroom (bathtub/ shower combination) with its own private balcony. Next to it is a small single child room.

Downstairs is a king size air conditioned bedroom with en-suite (shower only). This room has a window wall with beautiful panoramic views over the Sir Francis Drake Channel, right from the comfort of your bed.

On the middle floor you find a gourmet kitchen, day bathroom and a deck with panoramic 180 degree views over the channel. You can see all adjacent islands, from St John to Virgin Gorda and The Baths, on a clear day you can even see St Croix, almost 40 miles away.

At night the boats under anchor at Norman and Peter Island look like Christmas tree decorations. Next to the house is a beautiful garden with covered roof and a open planned dining deck with a Jacuzzi in the corner. There is also a dipping pool on the lower level for those warm days to cool off in.

The house and the garden appear to merge with the huge deck extension that blurs the line between outdoors and indoors giving you the best of both worlds. Just imagine yourself relaxing by the pool watching the sailors go by all day and as the day turns into night stargazing with a cocktail in hand on the balcony.
