DO WE NEED TO STAY IN THE BVI OR CAN WE HEAD FURTHER AFIELD?

You need to request permission to sail the the USVI. We do not guarantee permission will be granted. Should permission be granted you must follow the customs procedures for the BVI and USVI. Bear in mind, your service coverage changes once you are outside of the BVI. You will not be covered by our chase team nor will you have cell phone coverage on the boat phone. If you are not a US or Canadian citizen, you will need a B1/B2 VISA to enter the USVI by private vessel.
