Cooper Island Beach Club re-opened right on schedule on April 1st, 2018. It’s one of the most beloved hotel, restaurant and bar in the British Virgin Islands.
Cooper Island Beach Club, which includes everything from a boutique hotel to one of the Caribbean’s largest rum bars, has reopened its doors for Cocktails, Lunch and Dinner, after shuttering in the wake of Hurricane Irma last fall. This family owned Eco–resort on the sandy shores of Manchioneel Bay is only accessible by private boat. In front of Cooper Island you will find many moorings where you can stay overnight. It is an easy reach from Tortola. Ideal for your first night aboard or your last stop before returning your boat in the morning.
Close by, a dinghy ride away, is a beautiful snorkel spot called the Cistern Point. A large rock surfaces here, and reef spreads out from there, inviting school upon school of fish …
Launched a few years ago, the Rum Bar began life as the biggest collection of rum in the British Virgin Islands.Today, thanks to continuous expansion and rum acquisition, it’s one of the biggest rum bars in the Caribbean and the world. The Rum Bar has expanded and is now located in the larger area where the deli used to be. Happy hour specials are served from 4 till 6pm
